Buzzmeeh is looking for a motivated and organized Operations Executive in Ghaziabad who can efficiently manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with technicians, managing service requests, tracking operations, and helping improve overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service operations and technician schedules

• Assign repair jobs and monitor job progress

• Ensure timely completion of customer service requests

• Coordinate with customers and technicians for smooth communication

• Maintain operational records and daily reports

• Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency

Skill Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM)

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Mandatory Requirements

• Graduate (any field)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

• Willing to work in operations and service management

Preferred Candidate

• 0 - 2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or administration

• Freshers can also apply

• Experience in service coordination or field operations is a plus
