iQOO 15 Ultra Appears on Geekbench, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and 16GB RAM Confirmed

The iQOO 15 Ultra is set to launch officially on February 4, and iQOO has already shared some early details about the upcoming flagship. Adding to the buzz, a smartphone believed to be the iQOO 15 Ultra has now surfaced on the Geekbench database, carrying the model number V2546A.

Benchmark results from Geekbench 6.5 for Android show the device scoring 3,601 points in the single-core test and 11,434 points in the multi-core test. The listing confirms that the handset is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with 16GB of RAM on the tested prototype.

The Geekbench entry also reveals that the iQOO 15 Ultra will ship with Android 16 out of the box, layered with OriginOS 6. Positioned as a more gaming-focused variant of the standard iQOO 15, the Ultra model is expected to feature shoulder triggers with a 600Hz sampling rate and what is rumored to be the largest active cooling fan ever used in a smartphone.

Past leaks suggest the device will retain the same display as the regular iQOO 15, alongside a triple rear camera system, a 32MP front-facing camera, and a massive 7,400mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging.
