Galaxy S26 Series Pricing Tipped_ Standard Models Cost More, Ultra May Be Cheaper

As Samsung’s rumored Galaxy S26 launch approaches, fresh leaks are revealing possible pricing details for the upcoming lineup in Europe. The latest information focuses on expected prices in Sweden, offering an early look at how Samsung may position its next-generation flagships.

According to tipster Roland Quandt, the Galaxy S26 is likely to see a price hike compared to its predecessor. This increase is reportedly due to Samsung switching the base storage to 256GB, with the 512GB variant also expected to cost more than before.

The leak suggests the Galaxy S26 could be priced roughly €200 higher than the Galaxy S25 with 128GB storage. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26+ with 256GB storage is tipped to launch at a similar price point to the Galaxy S25+ in the same configuration.

Interestingly, the Galaxy S26 Ultra may buck the trend. The base Ultra model is rumored to be around €100 cheaper than the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The 512GB version is also expected to undercut last year’s pricing, while the top-tier 1TB model could retain the same price as its predecessor.

The report also claims Samsung may skip free storage upgrade offers during the Galaxy S26 pre-order period.

These leaked prices are specific to Sweden, which has higher VAT and uses its own currency. Prices in other European markets and the US may vary.
