Samsung Unveils Next-Gen Monitors Including 6K 3D Odyssey G9 Before CES 2026

Samsung has officially lifted the curtain on its latest display innovations ahead of CES 2026, announcing the 6K 3D Odyssey G9 along with four additional monitors aimed at gamers, creators, and professional users. The early reveal highlights Samsung’s continued focus on cutting-edge display technology, immersive visuals, and next-generation productivity features.

The headline product, the Samsung Odyssey G9 6K 3D, is designed to deliver an ultra-immersive viewing experience. Featuring a massive ultra-wide panel with 6K resolution, the monitor offers exceptional clarity, sharper text, and improved detail across a wide field of view. The addition of 3D visual technology allows users to experience depth without traditional 3D glasses, making it particularly appealing for gaming, design work, and immersive content creation.

Samsung has also emphasised the gaming-centric features of the new Odyssey G9. The monitor is expected to support a high refresh rate, low response time, and advanced synchronisation technologies, ensuring smooth gameplay and reduced motion blur. Combined with the ultra-wide curved display, the monitor aims to create a more realistic and engaging gaming environment.

Alongside the Odyssey G9, Samsung introduced four new monitors targeting different user segments. These include models focused on professional productivity, content creation, and everyday use, each offering improved resolution, colour accuracy, and energy efficiency. Some of the newly unveiled monitors are expected to feature OLED and advanced Mini-LED panels, delivering deeper blacks, higher contrast, and better brightness control.

Samsung also highlighted enhancements in eye comfort and ergonomics, such as reduced blue light emission, flicker-free technology, and adjustable stands. These improvements are aimed at users who spend long hours in front of screens, making the monitors suitable for both work and entertainment.

Connectivity is another area of focus. The new monitors are expected to include modern ports such as HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort, and USB-C, enabling seamless connections with gaming consoles, PCs, laptops, and other devices. Some models may also support built-in smart features, allowing access to streaming apps and productivity tools without a connected PC.

With these announcements ahead of CES 2026, Samsung has set the stage for a strong presence at the event. The full specifications, pricing, and availability details are expected to be revealed during the official CES showcase, where Samsung will further demonstrate how its latest monitors push the boundaries of display innovation.
